He’s never been one who enjoyed coloring or drawing pictures but lately he’s been quite prolific with picture after picture after picture. The first one cracks ME UP!! When he told me what it was, I about died laughing. It’s the sun and the sky and the... The sellers accepted the price reduction to $285 plus 2.7% in closing costs. Wooooo Hoooo!!! Now we just have to hope that the other shoe does not drop and the financing sails through underwriting. We may close next week! I talked with the mortgage lady today and she said we now have two choices. 1) We can request a second appraisal and it sounds like they are willing to do this because there is so much dissent over the first one. This will push the closing out 2 to 3 weeks. It will cost... …at least not in this case! It was a busy weekend for us. I worked all 4 days, and Monday was a real doozy. That morning I had a session, got into a small minor car accident on the way home (which was entirely my fault), had a horrible play date at the park with...  The appraisal was due today. We didn’t hear anything about the results which is annoying but not unexpected. The lack of communication through this process has really been frustrating. Emails go with no replies… ugh! We won’t know the results until Thursday but our realtor let the appraiser into the house at 9:00am this morning. She pushed him a little to get the appraisal back by Wednesday instead of Thursday. The countdown is on. 11 days to go!!  Every year, all I want for Mother’s Day are nice photos of my two boys. This year, I only got one of them, but I have plans for them both once we move! Yesterday, the listing agent asked my agent when the appraisal would take place because she wants her lock box from the house to use on a different property.
